BigBags.ca is a marketplace platform that connects businesses seeking FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) products with verified Canadian suppliers. We facilitate introductions and quote requests but are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.

When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in quote requests
- Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
- Not misrepresent your identity or business

4. Supplier Network
While we verify suppliers in our network, BigBags.ca does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or delivery of products from any supplier. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any purchase agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on BigBags.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BigBags.ca or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
BigBags.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Any transaction between you and a supplier
- Product quality, defects, or delivery issues
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical issues
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigBags.ca from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
